Author/Spiritual Life Coach/Speaker
Harriet P. Harrison
Harriet believes that behind every successful man or woman lie a story. A story of pain and suffering a story with a high price tag, but a story that ends in God’s glory. Harriet can identify and relate to many peoples’ pain and suffering today, because she was once a victim to society trapped inside this dark world we call home. By the age of fifteen she was raped. At the age of seventeen, she dropped out of high school. By the time she reached age 24 she was a single mother of two beautiful sons with very little education and no income to support her family. She was feeling helpless and financially dependent on our government welfare and food stamps program to provide for her family's needs. When she turned 36 years old Harriet became a caregiver to her mother with Alzheimer. It was year 2002: Harriet was 40 years old, financially broke, had recently buried her mother, experiencing problems in her marriage, her oldest son facing 25 years of prison time and she had been lay-off from her job. She found herself emotionally, mentally and spiritually depleted. Harriet’s life had come to a dead end road. Harriet made a declaration - she knew there was something better for her life than this, and she was going to get what God had for her. During the next eight years, she began to confront and defeat her past lifestyle. Harriet withstood her life's seemingly peril’s journey, overcame her obstacles and diversities, deep inside she believed her life was pre-destined for more.
Today, Harriet P. Harrison is the proud author of Call to Victory“ Living in the Anointing” and Call to Victory Workbook. She is a loving wife, has two sons, three stepchildren and grandchildren, and she is a powerful inspirational speaker and spiritual life coach. Harriet says an overwhelming growing number of people are finding themselves defeated by the violent storms of life and nearly every person today is experiencing fear, loss, confusion, anger and depression of some degree or another, the contributing factors are less joy, less peace, less time and money.
